A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.​



Reiki Energy Healing is a form of "hands on" or "laying of hands" therapy. This non-invasive alternative healing method channels the bodies energy, and assists in removing energetic blockages within the subtle energy body field. This form of healing is found to reduce anxiety and depression, emotional and mental distress, and physical pain and agitation. Home-based Reiki sessions are offered to individuals for palliative care, hospice, pain management for chronic illness, and anxiety and depression. Reiki energy can be received both in-person and at a distance.


Yoga nidra is taught to help students master their sleep, to engage and gain control of the autonomic nervous system, to reduce internal tension, and to help alleviate many illnesses and diseases. The 5-step process of yoga nidra includes light stretching; exercise without movement; systematic relaxation, breath awareness, and sleep with awareness. Shift consciously from one state to another—from waking, to sleeping, to dreaming.
