Molly is a multi-passionate, Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, and is currently pursuing her Fellowship in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music.
Originally from New Jersey, you might notice Molly talking with her hands, speaking quickly, and drinking coffee throughout the day! While Molly still brings this authenticity into the therapy room, she easily shifts to create a grounded, contained, safe space for the client to express themselves both verbally and non-verbally.
Molly created her career based on her passions. With degrees in Music Therapy and Dance/Movement Therapy, and certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Integrative Thanatology, Molly works with the whole-person, and specializes in Trauma, Medical Trauma, Depth Work, Grief & Loss (death and non-death related loss), Older Adults, and End-of-Life Care.

Within an integrative therapy lens, you (the client) can verbally process, move, breathe, dance, sing, dream etc. There is no “right way” to do therapy. The only way is the best way that works for you, and that may look completely different for everyone! When utilizing integrative therapy modalities, opportunities to try something new in the therapeutic space are endless.
Don’t feel like talking that day? No problem? Feel “stuck” and can’t put words to the feeling? Let’s move through it! Feeling resistance? Let’s stay with it and find the “why” behind it. Come to therapy to safely be with your authentic self, and then we can move forward from there.
